Depending on the location and the helicopter, there are different rules that you must follow for safety reasons. Before each flight, the pilot or the ground staff will inform you accordingly. Please feel free to ask proactively if you are not sure or if you have physical complaints.
Please always adhere to the following rules:
- Never enter the airport area without a competent person
- Leave excess handbags/backpacks or other unneeded items in the car or with an attendant
- The opening and closing of the helicopter doors is always done by the staff
- Let the staff help you to buckle up the seat belts
- After the flight, remain seated in the heli until instructed to disembark.
