The Heliflieger Germany GmbH based in Munich is one of the leading providers of helicopter flights in Germany. At currently approx. 100 locations In Germany, Austria and Switzerland we provide our customers from the Alps to the Baltic Sea and from the Eifel to the Ore Mountains with helicopter flight services. We have been running flight operations ourselves at some locations in southern Bavaria for over 11 years. Thanks to our experience in our own flight operations, we can advise our customers in a particularly competent manner. Ground crew in sightseeing flight operations (Munich)

Your tasks

  • You are the face of our company on our sightseeing flight days at the weekend - With you, our passengers feel that they are in good hands from A to Z.
  • You prepare all aids such as displays, brochures, etc., you also fly to the destination airport if necessary and take care of the organization on site.
  • You take over the check-in of the passengers as well as organizational tasks related to flight operations.
  • You inform our customers about safety instructions on site and are available for questions.
  • You always have an eye on the clock and bring the passengers to and from the helicopter safely and on time and support them with boarding and disembarking.
  • You keep an eye on the schedules, refueling and breaks according to the flight plan and help to comply with them.

Your profile

  • You find helicopters fascinating and can hardly contain your enthusiasm about them.
  • You need no prior flying knowledge – we will teach you everything you need to know.
  • You enjoy contact with people and find the right choice of words even with grumpy customers.
  • You are a real talent for organization and always have an eye for the big picture.
  • You work in a structured, careful and independent manner has the ability to solve problems creatively and flexibly.
  • You are fluent in spoken and written German, EExperience with GoogleDrive/GoogleDocs is an advantage.
  • You are mobile or motorized enough to get to the airport on your own - usually. this is the Jesenwang airfield near Fürstenfeldbruck.

Your tasks

These tasks are very important for the continued success of the company. Can you say “yes” to as many of the following points as possible? The more, the more interesting it would be to get in touch. Many points can be fulfilled through "training on the job", but we would like input from outside in as many areas as possible.

  • Impeccable German with a friendly telephone voice. Basic English would be a plus.
  • Wordpress is important. Experience with theme Avada / Fusion would be a plus.
  • Experience with a shop system is desirable.
  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO) - the more experience the better.
  • User experience with GoogleDrive / GoogleDocs.
  • Web design: Having fun designing "beautiful" websites - which Google also finds beautiful.
  • Social media experience.

What should also be mentioned:
