  • Single tickets: max. 110kg per person
  • 3 VIP ticket: max. 110kg per person, all 3 together max. 260kg
  • Heli self-flying: max. 120kg for self-flying

Bayreuth is an independent city in the Bavarian administrative district upper Franconia with about 72.000 inhabitants. The city is the seat of the government of Upper Franconia, the district of Upper Franconia and the district office of Bayreuth. Bayreuth is world famous for the annual events that take place in the Festival Hall on the Green Hill Richard Wagner Festival. The Margravial Opera House has been part of the World Heritage Site. Contrary to what the name suggests, the city has only belonged to Bavaria since 1810.

Bayreuth is located in the southern part of the Upper Main Hills on both sides of the Red Main, the southern and longer of the two source rivers of the Main, between the Fichtelgebirge and the Franconian Switzerland. At around 340 meters above sea level, the center of the city is more than 100 meters lower than most of the ridges that frame the Bayreuth basin. The highest surrounding elevation is the at 594 meters Sophienberg in the south. Other heights are the Schlehenberg, the Oschenberg, the Hohen Warte range, the Rote Hügel and the Buchstein. The pool location has a favorable effect on the climate.
