fear of flying therapy
Fly relaxed and without fear
Finally professional help
Around 20-25% of Germans suffer from fear of flying (aviophobia). Are you also forced to restrict your life - be it professionally or privately?
There are many reasons for this: loss of control, fear of a plane crash, fear of heights and/or claustrophobia. All of these can be the result of trauma, learned behavior (e.g. your parents may have projected their own fear of flying onto you) or you may have only seen and/or heard about it in the media. Where this fear comes from is not the main issue. The important thing is that you have the necessary openness to confront your fear and thus achieve another form of freedom and boundlessness.
We work according to a form of treatment developed by David Grand. It dissolves blockages sustainably, is quick and effective and is combined with other solution-oriented methods.
At the end of the coaching, the work initially takes place "on the ground" and then optionally with an accompanied final flight in a helicopter. You decide for yourself how fast you want to hover at a height. The helicopter gives you the opportunity to hover on the spot at a low altitude, for example.
Live a life of serenity – we will help you!
